Passives & Intrinsic Mechanics
1 Intrinsic Traits ActiveFeather Meter
The user begins with 50% of the Feather Meter. Unlike most transformations, the [F] move can be activated without a full meter. The meter regenerates quickly and passively when not using [F] (it takes 20 seconds to fully regenerate). While in flight mode, feathers fall from the user's wings, slowly draining the meter. It also depletes when using [M1] attacks, the [F] dash, or when losing HP. The meter's duration can be extended by approximately a 100% via the Admin Panel, being this the second upgrade on eagle.
Canonical Moveset & Combat Abilities
6 Abilities AvailableWind Burst
The user blows a huge whirlwind of explosive feathers. dealing damage and knocking enemies backwards while leaving scorch marks on the ground. This move is similar to Dark Blade's [Z] move, except smaller.
Exploding Feathers
The user shoots out glowing, heat-seeking feathers from their wings at the target, which later explode when landed, dealing damage and some knockback. This move can be charged for up to 1 second, increasing in range and damage as the move is held. When fully charged, range is doubled and damage is significantly increased. This move drains 5% of the Feather Meter (2.5% with Flight Capacitor upgrade), regardless of whether in flight mode or not. * The [M1] attacks can only hit opponents at a certain distance away from the user, being too close will cause it not to work.
Feather Storm
The user rapidly dashes around within a radius, slashing and stunning opponents within the radius with their razor‑sharp feathers. This move is similar to the [X] move of Dual Flintlock but does not need to be held, which also means it cannot be cancelled by the user. When used while looking upward, Feather Storm becomes vertical, increasing its height while reducing its width.
Bone Crusher
The user launches themselves swiftly at the target. If hit, the user will grab the target, drag them up high in the air, before slamming them down to the floor with devastating amounts of force. This attack is single target, and the drag up in the air can be varied by the environment.
Soaring Talon
The user propels themselves using explosive feathers, violently lunging at the target. As they pass through the opponent, they slash them with explosive feathers left behind from the attack. If they collide with a solid surface, it will create a small AoE blast where the user collided, knocking back any nearby enemies.
Flight
The user flies up into the air, spins, and begins to flap their wings, gaining the ability to hover and soar in the air, and then unleashes a few explosive feathers around themselves, dealing minor damage and knockback to nearby enemies. While in flight mode, the Feather Meter passively drains, and the user is able to use any ability at their disposal (including non-Blox Fruit attacks). When HP falls below 30%, flight speed decreases and continues to scale down with HP, reaching up to a 60% reduction at 0 HP.
