T-Rex Fruit is a powerful Blox Fruit offering distinct movesets and tactical advantages in PvP and grinding.
Passives & Intrinsic Mechanics
3 Intrinsic Traits ActiveFury Meter
The user starts with 0% of the "Fury Meter" bar when spawned. The user's Fury Meter needs to be full to be able to transform into a T-Rex. Fury is regained over time while not transformed. Being transformed does not passively drain Fury Meter. Using moves or taking damage while transformed decreases the user's Fury Meter by a certain amount. When dealing damage while transformed, the Fury Meter will increase. The fury meter takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to fill to full from 0% to 100%.
Prehistoric Scales
When transformed, the user gains approximately 43% damage reduction (55% against NPCs) from all sources, 2x increased dash range and jump height, and a 20% speed increase.
Prey Mark
During transformation, the user's attacks will apply a Prey Mark to the hit opponents that lasts for around 6 seconds; the farther they are from the user, the higher the tick damage they'll receive. However, damage from the Prey Mark does not contribute to the regeneration of the Fury Meter, and also doesn't deal damage to enemies that are close enough to the user. This passive does not interact with Instinct in any way.
Canonical Moveset & Combat Abilities
6 Abilities AvailableTail Swipe
The user sweeps forward with the tail, cutting through the air ahead before launching five verdant slashing strikes and two wider long range strikes. This move consumes approximately 7% of the Fury Meter.
Normal Attack
The user initiates a set of four attacks: first, alternating strikes with the left and right claws forward; then, both claws tear into the opponent simultaneously; finally, sweeping the surroundings with the tail as a finishing move. This move is similar to Kitsune's M1s. The damage can be doubled if hit fast enough right after the previous hit.
Predatory Screech
The user pulls opponents from a frontal cone-shaped area towards them with the force of a raging wind, then roars and repels, similar to Sharkman Karate [C] and Awakened Quake's [Z] move.
Hunter's Rage
The user pounds forward, with dark aura resembling a Tyrannosaurus rex, embracing them, tearing apart opponents with razor-sharp claws. This move is very similar to Tushita [X].
Gigantic Leap
The player leaps high into the air and, upon descending, smashes down onto the opponent, similar to Mammoth [F], Buddha's [C] move (unawakened), and Rocket's [C] move, adopting the same holding mechanic as said move.
Reptilian Scales
The player roars skyward, transforming into a Tyrannosaurus|Tyrannosaurus rex as meteorites fall in their vicinity, an orange atmosphere is created for the player (and those nearby) and the ground shakes.
